AIMS

This workshop will bring together international experts, a range of stakeholders and medical professionals from all stages of training or careers, to focus on the area of differential attainment/ award based on race, ethnicity, gender, disability and other protected characteristics 
  • To explore how the causes, contributors that lead to DA in the full range of medical recruitment
  • To discuss the systemic changes which will transform the recruitment process, remove bias and help to nurture a balanced, diverse workforce for better health outcomes for all
